The MINI STU-10 Rotor Pump is a miniature displacement cam rotor pump for a wide range of applications for high viscosity and low viscosity material handling. The design features of the pump are small size, low noise, wide speed range, simple maintenance and economy, all-stainless steel design includes gear box and the interior is highly clean, because all-stainless steel appearance is close to no dead angle and can be washed.

The STU series is a full-stainless steel positive displacement cam rotor pump designed according to the strict sanitary requirements of 3A-02-11 of the United States. It is very suitable for food processing, beverages, juices, dairy products, cosmetics, pharmaceutical industries, etc. The transport of low-viscosity materials can be carried out with solid particulate materials and applied to CIP, SIP systems. The pump has features not found in other volumetric pumps, such as low pulse, high pressure, rotary two-way reversible and flexible functional combinations.

Lobe pump is available in a variety of configurations, TU series is standard configuration . STU series is all stainless steel. It is a positive displacement cam rotor pump designed according to the strict sanitary requirements of the US 3A-02-11. It is very suitable for transportation of various highly viscous and low-viscous materials such as food processing, beverages, juices, dairy products, cosmetics, the pharmaceutical industry can be carried out with solid particulate materials, also can be applied to CIP and SIP systems. There are two type flange hoppers: Square flange hopper and circular flange hopper.
Lobe pump with flange hopper can effectively solve transportation of difficult moving liquid.

1) mechanical stepless gearbox, the configuration can adjust speed by hand wheel according to actual requirement of working condition.
2) Frequency gearbox, the configuration can adjust speed through the frequency converter.
3) fixed output ratio gearbox, this configuration is a certain speed and can not be adjusted.

Rotary pump with heat jacket , there are three jacket designs: periphery heat jacket,surface heat jacket and complete heat jacket. It is suitable for high viscosity fluid, such as chocolate,syrup, candy and etc. It will avoid freezing, deterioration caused by temperature deference.
