Donjoy Single-seat regulating valve

Zero-leakage plunger seal: Eliminating the traditional valve seat's tendency to harbor dirt and debris, this valve utilizes a precision plunger-type valve core. When the valve is closed, the plunger and seat form a seamless metal-to-metal seal, achieving zero leakage and fundamentally eliminating any access for bacteria and particulates. Complete diaphragm shielding and isolation: This revolutionary design utilizes a critical barrier diaphragm. It completely isolates the valve actuator (which may be exposed to the external environment) from the fluid flowing through the valve cavity. External contaminants (air, dust, and microorganisms) are completely excluded, ensuring the valve cavity maintains a controlled cleanliness level. This is the key to achieving true sterility!

Fully PTFE in contact with media: The diaphragm and other key components in contact with the fluid are made of premium PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). PTFE is renowned for its exceptional chemical inertness, extremely low surface energy, and ultra-smooth surface. Non-stick: This material significantly reduces media residue, eliminating the "nutrient matrix" for bacterial growth. Highly clean: This material releases no contaminants, meeting the highest cleanliness requirements. Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to most strong acids, bases, and solvents, it offers a wide range of applications. Wide Temperature Range: Stable operation from -10°C to 130°C, suitable for demanding CIP/SIP processes.
