1. The outer diameter of the seal ring is too loosely matched to the seal seat aperture.
2. The gland is incorrectly installed, blocking the oil drain holes on the front and rear covers.
3. The pump body is installed in the wrong direction, causing the oil pressure port to connect to the unloading groove, creating pressure that pushes the seal ring out.
4. The oil pipe threads are not tightly fitted. The seal of a gear pump is a critical component, securing the main shaft and sealing the medium. If leakage occurs, first check the seal selection and installation, and then check whether the operating conditions are stable.
5. The oil is unclean and the oil return is not smooth.
